The club is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, consisting of four officers and five general board members. Board members are elected for one- and two-year terms; elections are held during the general meeting in October. Every Home Club member, who has been a member at least 6 months and is over 18 years of age, may vote in elections.
The Board of Directors meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month, 6:30 p.m., in the Summit Room at the Apex Center. The first 30 minutes are restricted as an executive session. All Columbine FSC members are welcome to attend board meetings (following the executive session, or at 7:00 pm), although only board members may vote.
